@konni tbh i didnt completely understand what you were ttying to do

@revenantlobster get raw data from camera

image format that just has the plain brightness value for each cameras pixel

(every pixel can only see one color: this is called bayers matrix or some shit)

you then debayer the image to get the rgb channels (interpolation or downscaling)

then scale the values according to blacklevel and whitelevel
apply whitebalance

then convert the values to sRGB
